Wednesday
Back | HomeTomorrow (Thursday) sees rain persisting over northern England while Wales and the south start brighter, only for showers to push in. East Anglia should avoid the worst and have a pretty good day with bases to over 4,500 ft, with only a light southwesterly wind. Even elsewhere, if you can avoid the showers, there should be reasonable cumulus at around 3,500 ft to play and a good convergence running down into southwest England.
Friday sees top cover holding things back in the west (which will creep across during the day), but it should generally be a good day with cumulus bases of 4,000 ft over Yorkshire extending south and rising to more like 5,000 ft in central southern England. Flying winds generally light, especially in the east.
Saturday and Sunday look horrible wet days.
