Tuesday
Back | HomeTomorrow (Wednesday), for those in the east and the Midlands, is going to be one of those annoying days which dawns with fog and low stratus, and you then have to wait for it to clear. It probably should clear in most places, but possibly only as the wind swings round to the southwest and more, slightly higher, cloud moves in from that direction! Definitely a day for having another look at the obs, satellite pictures, and forecasts in the morning.
Thursday sees a brisker southwesterly wind—-around 10-15 knots—-and more low or medium cloud coming in. Friday still looks an even cloudier, damper, and somewhat windier version.
Saturday still has anticyclonic curvature and much less cloud. Wind generally from the south. Sunday back to cloud and some rain in places.
